Delivery Time:

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receiving the order.

The standard delivery time is 6-7 working days from the date of dispatch.

Shipping Charges:

We offer free shipping on prepaid orders.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional fee may be applicable as per the checkout details.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor the status of your shipment.

You can also track your order status through our website by entering your order ID.

Shipping Locations:

We currently ship to locations across India.

If your location is not serviceable, we will inform you at the time of checkout.

Delivery Delays:

While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or logistical challenges.

In case of a delay, we will notify you and keep you updated on the status of your shipment.

Undelivered Packages:

If a package is not delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, Rs 150 will be deducted from the refund to cover the shipping and return shipping costs.
